Terms and conditions
The terms on which this website may be used and enquiries are received.

About these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean THRIVE TMS LTD, and “you” means anyone who visits the website or sends an enquiry.
These terms cover the use of the website only. Using it does not create a doctor–patient relationship or a contract for medico-legal work. An instruction is accepted only in writing, on separate terms.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in a way that breaks the law, is fraudulent, harmful, defamatory or abusive, or interferes with its security, availability or integrity. In particular, you must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its hosting or connected systems, or introduce viruses or malicious code;
- copy, scrape, republish or exploit its content without permission;
- send false or misleading enquiry information.
We may restrict, suspend or withdraw access to the website, or any part of it, for operational, security, legal or maintenance reasons.
Website content
The content of this website is general information about Dr Pradhan’s services. It is not legal or medical advice, and it is not an offer to accept any particular case.
We take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that all of it is complete, current or free from error at all times. A decision to instruct Dr Pradhan should rest on direct contact and, where applicable, written terms of engagement.
Enquiries and instructions
The enquiry form, telephone number and email address are for initial contact. Instructions are accepted from solicitors only.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or mean that a case has been accepted. We may decline, defer or redirect an enquiry, for example where it falls outside Dr Pradhan’s expertise, presents a conflict or lacks enough information.
You are responsible for making sure that what you send is accurate, lawful to disclose and suitable for the route you use. Please do not send medical records or a detailed personal history through the enquiry form; once an instruction is agreed, Dr Pradhan will confirm how to send the papers.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms, cancellation terms and the scope of the work are normally confirmed in writing before an instruction is accepted. The fixed fee for a case is set out in the written quotation.
- Quotations depend on the case, its complexity, the volume of records and availability.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellation fees may apply where an appointment or reserved work is cancelled after the instruction has been accepted.
- Where fees are unpaid, we may suspend work, withhold reports or take lawful steps to recover the debt.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website, including its text, design, logos, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to Dr Pradhan and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view, download and print it for your own lawful, internal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, frame, mirror or commercially exploit it without written permission.
Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices, or for any loss arising from their use. A link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, representations and conditions relating to the use of this website. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy and cookies
Personal data sent through this website is handled as set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Please send only what is needed at each stage.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or the law. The latest version is always the one on this page, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
